Dual-purpose thermal and mapping camera The Duet T is a rugged dual RGB/thermal mapping camera rig. Use it to create geo-accurate thermal maps and digital surface models quickly and easily. Synchronized RBG and thermal The Duet T thermal mapping camera is a 2-in-1 sensor. Includes a 20 MP high-resolution S.O.D.A. RGB camera and a built-in 640 x 512 px Flir sensor. The two sensors are synchronized to capture the images almost simultaneously. Precisely calibrated Each Duet T is precisely calibrated by us. Rig processing The rig’s built-in Camera Position Synchronization feature works in sync with PIX4Dmapper photogrammetry software (optional) to simplify the map reconstruction process. Time saving By capture the RGB and IR images in 1 flight, the mapping and post-processing are faster. Moreover, less thermal image overlap is needed, allowing for x2 coverage. Quality and accuracy Using only thermal images for reconstructions typically leads to poor results due to lack of features and detail within the thermal images. With the Duet T you now have high quality, global shuttered RGB images which are taken at the same time as thermal, thus vastly improving the reconstruction process. Wide variety of outputs With the Duet T you can confidently create thermal maps in almost any type of environment: High-definition 3D mesh with thermal texture. Thermal and RGB output from 1 flight = higher efficiency on site. Utilize RTK/PPK accuracies via the S.O.D.A. output. Ensure perfect RGB / IR overlay.
