Use : The Tie Down Strap is designed to restraint in safety conditions your cargo on air cargo pallets and/or aircraft structure. Length: Adjustable from 1 meter to 6 meters. Webbing: Polyester – 25 mm width – Blue RAL5010. End fitting : Single Stud Fitting (SSF acc. ISO 7166) on the fixed length and Single Stud Fitting (SSF acc. ISO 7166) on the adjustable length. Tensioning device: Cam Buckle. Protection: Silver zinc coated – Chrome 6 free. Strength: > 890 daN / 2000 Lbs (UL). Elongation: < 10 % when submitted at UL. Environmental degradation: All hardwares are protected against corrosion. A safety factor is applied on the webbing (min. 35% more than UL) to prevent deterioration during service life. Burning rate: ≤ 2,5 inches per min. / ≤ 63 mm per min. Data label: The data label contains all the elements for traceability and service life. Marking: No marking. Packaging: Each strap is rolled individually and collective packed on a cartboard box.
