With over 40 years experience, the company has led the way in developing new safety features for this critical environment. These products and associated features have been internationally accepted as significant improvements to the operating efficiency of air traffic control, with consequent improvements in VCR safety. High Quality Design Using specialised, in-house design and engineering capabilities, ABP has developed a complete portfolio of products to ensure delivery of a best in class environment for VCR personnel and equipment. As well as the comprehensive product portfolio, ABP is a recognised leader in design and construction and has a full understanding of the need to respond to specific environments and customer requirements. All new designs are computer modelled and partially pre-assembled at an ABP factory using the highest quality components and minimising actual site installation time. As a result, all VCRs are delivered fully engineered, built to very tight tolerances and with factory standards of quality control thus minimising ongoing maintenance costs. Innovation With a proven track record of innovation and extensive research and development ABP was the first company to develop and build a Hi-Vision cantilever control room which gives a 240° unobstructed vision. The company also developed Sonarview glass to meet the demanding technical standards required for VCR glazing such as freedom from condensation and icing, sound attenuation, solar control, glare and reflections.
